Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns for unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be in original packaging and in sellable condition.
To initiate a return, email us at hello@karito.co with your order number and reason for return.
If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund.
Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping within Denver, Colorado.
For other U.S. cities and states, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your zip code and selected delivery speed.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery takes 2–6 business days depending on your location.
Tracking numbers are provided via email after fulfillment.
Local Pickup Policy (Denver only)
You may select free local pickup at checkout.
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email with the pickup address and instructions.
Pickup is available Monday to Friday, 10am–4pm (Denver time).
Order Issues & Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement by contacting us at hello@karito.co.
Once fulfilled, orders cannot be canceled.
If there’s an issue with your delivery (lost, delayed, or damaged), please contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.

All payments are securely processed via encrypted checkout systems.
